- Exchange of items is not applicable on promotional or sale products, except in cases where the item is damaged or defective.
- If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product — or if you simply wish to exchange your item for another — please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

- All exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. Customers can visit their nearest Abu Shakra store after coordinating with Customer Service to confirm product availability. Products can be exchanged — for all payment methods — with another item of equal value.
