Exchange Policy

  • Exchange of items is not applicable on promotional or sale products, except in cases where the item is damaged or defective.
  • If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product — or if you simply wish to exchange your item for another — please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
  • Customers should report any exchange request via WhatsApp at +962 79 666 0000, or by calling the same number. A customer service representative will gladly assist you with your exchange process.
  • All exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. Customers can visit their nearest Abu Shakra store after coordinating with Customer Service to confirm product availability. Products can be exchanged — for all payment methods — with another item of equal value.
  • All items must be unused, with Abu Shakra tags attached, and returned in their original packaging and box, along with the original invoice.
  • We offer a flexible exchange policy to ensure your online shopping experience is easy and convenient.
  • In case the new product differs in price, the customer will pay the price difference at the time of exchange.
